La Bella Donna Girls – Love Notions
When I laid eyes on La Bella Donna I knew I had to make one for myself! Such a great dolman!
Got the fabric and pattern out and what happens? The Girl sees them and claims it all! 😀 It’s for me, right Mom? Pleaaaaaase make it for me!
Oh well, what’s a mom to do? 😉
I love that Love Notions Girls patterns go up to size 16, so there’s no need for me to try to adapt adult sizes for her.
This pattern is super easy to make and comes with tons of options which we all know I love.
Samantha chose Tunic length, 3/4 sleeves, hood, and no pockets.
I really love how it turned out and am a little jealous haha.
All the joking aside, she’s getting into teenager territory and getting pickier about her clothes and fabric choices, so I was thrilled to make her something that she absolutely loves.
I’m seeing a lot of La Bella Donna sewing in my future and I’m not mad at it! 😉
