New Horizons just released another fantastic top pattern!
It’s no secret that I’m a huge Marbella fan, but I must confess that Athena is giving it a run for its money!
The Athena has 4 back options and a choice between scoop or crew neck. It’s a fitted top, but not meant to be skin tight, it fits just right.
For this one I chose Back option 2 and scoop neck.
The great thing about this option is that I can wear it with a regular bra and not have it show.
I’m a sucker for a pretty back detail and I love how unique this one is.
And it looks way more complicated to make than it actually is!
Please do not let the intricacy of it scare you, it’s not difficult at all!
This top was the perfect opportunity to use this Cacti CL I got from Studio-Stof a little while ago.
I’m sure that before summer arrives I’ll have made a ton more of these tops, specially because my daughter is in love with mine and has been begging for a few of her own!
