Teen Spirit Top – George+Ginger

As we head into our 5th week in quarantine, I have so many mixed feelings about it. As a general rule we are doing great. We’re still all healthy and together, that’s the most important thing.

BUT! That doesn’t mean that I’m not going a bit bonkers here! 😛
The kids are dealing with the entire situation pretty well and managed to get into a regular rhythm with the online classes… But they’re still 13yo, inside, for almost 5 weeks!

On word for y’all: HORMONES!
Need I say more? LOL

I wanted a quick project to sew as a distraction, and decided to make a Teen Spirit from G+G and use it to help simplify things here at home 😀

This will be my uniform from now until the end of times whenever one of the kids is having a day. LOL

All I’ll do is point to the sweater… while holding a glass of something on my other hand! Ha!

Comfy and Bossy! That’s a good combo, isn’t it? 😉

This was my first time trying my hand at making an SVG file myself. It’s super simple but I think it turned out cute! If you’d like to snag it, I’ll put a link at the end of the post. 😉

I did a couple of mods with this one. I lowered the back curve to have a more extreme hi-lo and I sized one up.
I really like this one!
Bonus point: It got an eye-roll from both kids! lol
