Petite Stitchery just released the Merry & Bright dress, a knit dress full of options to accommodate all tastes and needs.
My choice was a no-brainer, I’ve been dying to have a one shoulder long sleeve dress for a while now. One of those things that get stuck in your head and you’re only satisfied when it comes to fruition! 😀

I’ve been eyeing a sequined knit for it, it’s stunning, but I’d have absolutely nowhere to wear it to! But that probably shouldn’t deter me from making it, right? Details, details… lol
I lost a bit of weight between making the bodice and taking the photos, so it’s a bit on the loose side but I’m not mad at it! 😉
I love that the bodice of the dress is lined, it gives the neckline such a clean finish, not to mention the extra support. Overall it’s a fast project and a beginner can surely accomplish it.
I’m so happy with this dress… borderline obsessed! 😉 But if one shoulder isn’t your thing, Kelly got you covered as well! There’s a two shoulder option as well as a gathered bodice that gives the dress an extra luxurious look!
