Paranoid Shacket

Paranoid Flannel Shirt – George+Ginger

As the weather is cooling down, it’s time to start some Fall sewing!
The summer has been great, but I’m ready for some cozy wear and yummy warm drinks <3

Paranoid is the pattern of the month at GG and I figured it was the perfect project to kickstart this sewing season.

I absolutely love this pattern!
I’ve sewn it many times but, somehow, only have one in my closet. Why? Because all of them seem to find their way into my daughter’s closet! lol That’s how good of a pattern it is haha

This time I decided to try making a shacket style and used a wool coating fabric.
I’m so thrilled with the result! It’s exactly what I had in mind, the perfect layering piece for when it’s chilly but not cold enough for a real coat.

This opens up a whole other array of possibilities for this pattern! I can’t wait to dive into my woven stash and make more.

I’m keeping this post short and sweet because I’ve written about the pattern a couple of times already but I just wanted to share this one with you as it has a different style than the previous ones. 😉
